Bedford Burgher - President, Tax Specialist
For the 14 years prior to starting NCM, Bedford has served in the roles of CFO, Director, and Trustee for three family offices. Prior to that, he spent 11 years in the Tax Department of Ernst and Young’s Fort Worth office attaining the level of Senior Manager. Bedford has an accounting degree from the University of Texas in Austin.

Joan Mayo - Director of Data Processing and Financial Reporting
Joan has 30 years of accounting experience that include over 7 years of consulting experience where much of her time was spent establishing and managing the development of accounting operations for private businesses and family offices. She has held positions as Chief Accounting Officer and Project Manager for system implementations for companies in the real estate and oil and gas industries. Joan has a BBA in Accounting from Angelo State University.

Jack Klemm - Controller
Jack has over 28 years of financial accounting experience much of which has been in the Oil and Gas and Construction industries. Jack has a Master of Accounting degree from Texas Christian University and a BBA from West Texas State University.

Jay Roberts – Controller and IT Manager
Jay has over 15 years of experience as controller in various corporate environments and is also skilled in the area of networking and information technologies which are his passion. Jay has an accounting degree from Baylor University and a Masters of Taxation from the University of Texas in Arlington.

Scott Wade – Investment Reporting and Client Relationship Manager
Scott previously served as the reporting specialist for an independent financial advisor and is experienced with the Schwab Portfolio Center software that we use. Scott is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and has a Financial Services and Planning degree from Baylor University.

Stan Hyun – Financial Reporting and Data Integration Specialist
After serving for 8 years with NextCorp, Ltd. on the software consulting and implementation side of the business, Stan decided to join NCM on the service side. He brings great depth and knowledge of the systems we use and the full range of their capabilities. He is especially helpful in designing custom financial reports and developing methods for automating data entry. Stan has a BA in Economics from the University of Texas.

Alice Phillips- Assistant Controller
Alice has 20 years of accounting experience with 10 years of emphasis in payroll. She has a National Diploma in Business and Finance from Aylesbury College in Aylesbury Buckinghamshire.

Bridget Clay – Tax Compliance Specialist
Bridget has over 20 years of tax preparation experience. For the 10 years prior to joining NCM, Bridget was with a very large family office where she was responsible for the tax compliance for a diversified group of closely held entities that included oil and gas operations, real estate, hedge funds, and private equity. Duties included administering all functions relating to federal, state and local income and excise taxes. Bridget has an accounting degree from the University of Phoenix.

Lori Miller – Controller and Client Relationship Manager
Lori has 25 years of accounting experience that includes a strong background in financial reporting and partnership accounting. She has held positions as General Accounting Manager and Planning Manager for a large retail chain as well as Supervisor in a local CPA firm. She has also worked as independent consultant for a multi-billion dollar private equity firm during a system implementation. Lori has a BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University.

Linda Collins – Assistant Controller
Linda has over 11 years of bookkeeping and clerical experience and an accounting degree from the University of Phoenix.

Terry Turman – Investment Reporting Assistant and Accounts Payable/Receivable
Terry has over 15 years of accounts payable, accounts receivable and clerical experience for private business and a public school district. Terry has a BA in Business from the University of Texas at Tyler.

Hope Marquez – Accounts Payable/Receivable
Hope has over 13 years of bookkeeping and clerical experience.

Mollie Frances Thompson – Administrative Assistant
Mollie Frances graduated from Texas Christian University in 2009 and has been working at NCM for the past 2 years.

Jeremy Sweek – Financial Analyst and Client Relationship Manager
Jeremy has over 15 years of financial and accounting experience. He started his career with five years in public accounting at both Weaver & Tidwell and PricewaterhouseCoopers on audits and consulting engagements. Following that he worked for over seven years at Crescent Real Estate Equities in multiple capacities serving the Chief Financial Officer with strategic planning, budgeting and analysis, and investor and media relations. Jeremy received his accounting degree from Texas Christian University.

Edna Flores – Assistant Controller
Edna has 13 years of accounting experience covering areas from Accounts Payable to financial reporting. She has an Associate’s degree in Accounting from Northwood University.
